Allaina's Lunch & Snack

About 11:30 I started to feel hungry so I went to lunch. That's usually about the time I start feeling hungry.

Lunch:
Leftover small piece of yummy steak (~ 4oz?)
1 yellow squash steamed in microwave with salt and pepper
Cantaloupe (about 6 oz?)
A few almonds
Some water

I think I haven't been getting enough of the right kind of carbs lately so I'm trying to make sure I eat more.

I had a snack about 3:00 when I started to feel hungry again.
Beef jerky, carrots, guacamole. Yum!
