This morning I went to CrossFit and had my usual breakfast. Oatmeal
with nuts, craisins and less than half a teaspoon of honey. After the
WOD I drank a chocolate milk on the way to work. That really helped the
doughnut cravings as I drove past Voodoo Donuts. At my desk, before the
library opened, I ate 3 boiled eggs, 1 apple, and about 10 almonds. I
forgot to count them. Not sure that I need to count them. I've also had
about 20 oz of water so far. I need to drink more water.
My goal is to not eat any processed foods, added processed sugars, especially ice cream, chai's or other sweet snacks. And to also not snack when I'm not hungry. :-)
